Ranged Plus is a boutique strategic advisory, consulting and investment firm committed to helping Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Consumer Brands achieve sustainable growth. We are an extension of the existing end-to-end retail management function performed by our partner company Ranged.

Ranged Plus was initially conceived to address the capital constraints faced by many of Ranged’s partner brands, who were seeking funding to capitalise on milestone ranging outcomes and fulfill their growth potential. It also stemmed from an awareness that many brands faced difficulties in navigating how to grow sustainably, determining the right time to act, and finding advisors and/or investors to work with who truly understood the FMCG sector.  As a consequence, Ranged Plus was established to provide tailored strategic advice and counsel to brands seeking capital to fuel their growth initiatives or to founders seeking to maximise their returns on exit.

Our collective knowledge of retail, both as owners and operators, and core skills in sales, operations, procurement, strategy, finance, legal and export allows us to provide an agile, holistic service offering to brands looking to scale smarter.

Jamie Thurin

Managing Director & Head of Export

Jamie is the Managing Director and Head of Export at Ranged Plus. He is also a former lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, retailer operations manager at General Pants Group and co-owner of health snack brand Slim Secrets (successfully exited in 2022).

With over 10 years’ experience selling FMCG products in Australia and worldwide (including to NZ, China, SE Asia, Middle East, South America and to the US), Jamie has gained extensive knowledge and understanding of how to effectively navigate the complexities of selling to both local and international markets and creating sustainable growth. He knows that scaling (and eventually exiting) your business can be an exciting and rewarding venture, but it can also be incredibly difficult and time-consuming, and finding the right team to partner with on this journey can be extremely challenging and stressful. However, with Jamie’s expertise and broad business and life experience, he can help you overcome these obstacles, saving your business time, money and resources – ultimately helping you achieve your goals.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Law / Commerce (Marketing) from Monash University.

Joe Green

Director and Co-Head of Corporate Advisory and M&A

Joe is a Director and Co-Head of the Corporate Advisory and M&A practice at Ranged Plus. He has over 10 years’ experience gained from a wide range of commercial and financial transactions.

Prior to Ranged Plus, Joe was a Director in the Pitcher Partners Melbourne Corporate Finance team, specialising in private transactions ranging from $10m-$250m in value.

Joe has also worked in the Corporate Development team of a highly acquisitive multinational business in both Australia and the UK, specialising in buy-side M&A transactions, as a result Joe has great familiarity with corporate transactions and leverages this to the benefit of his FMCG and CPG clients.

Having led numerous end-to-end transactions in the FMCG and CPG space, Joe leverages his experience to simplify the complexities encountered throughout the transaction lifecycle, delivering practical, commercial outcomes for brand partners.

Joe holds a Bachelor of International Business (Hons) from the University of Liverpool, along with CPA and CGMA accreditations.

Veroshan Sripragasan

Co-Head of Corporate Advisory and M&A

Veroshan is a Co-Head of the Corporate Advisory and M&A practice at Ranged Plus.

Veroshan is a transactional lawyer with over 8 years of experience and currently holds a senior role at Nicholson Ryan Lawyers, a specialist corporate law firm based in Melbourne. Veroshan has also previously worked in the M&A / ECM team at Thomson Geer.

Veroshan has developed a broad and diverse experience, specialising on private treaty deals ranging from $10m to $250m. He has led milestone acquisitions, divestments, competitive sale processes, capital raisings, early and expansion stage VC/PE investments and has advised borrowers on various debt and corporate financing initiatives.

Having acted on numerous FMCG and CPG deals in both a sell-side and buy-side capacity, Veroshan leans on his experience and commercial nous to deliver pragmatic and considered solutions, supported by a deep understanding of his brand partners and their commercial imperatives.

Veroshan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) / Law from Deakin University and a Graduate Certificate of Corporate Finance from Kaplan Australia.


Jessica Gordoun

Co-Head of Retail

Jessica is the Co-Head of Retail at Ranged Plus and the Managing Director of Ranged. She is the product and price guru and has a strong grasp on market trends and a penchant for Health, Beauty and Wellness. Having been a Category Manager at 2 major national retailers across Food and Non-Food categories and set the FMCG strategy for a discounter, she knows a thing or two about driving sales and profit through growth channels.

Jessica drives results fast and is passionate about working with brand partners from conception to sales across a broad network to get the best outcomes.

Adam Morris

Director and Co-Head of Retail

Adam is a Director and Co-Head of Retail at Ranged Plus and the New Business Director of Ranged. Adam is also the CEO of Mingle Seasoning. He has experience in all facets of the retail landscape having spent time working across strategy, category management, procurement and supply chain. His broad experience and knowledge makes him an adaptable problem solver with a passion for the FMCG industry and product development.

Using his strong network and negotiation skills, Adam is constantly working to find better ways to reduce costs and increase revenue streams for brand partners. Likewise, he is bringing only the best and well vetted opportunities to our capital partners at Ranged Plus.

Mark Roestenberg

Co-Head of Retail

Mark is the Co-Head of Retail at Ranged Plus and the Director of Strategic Accounts at Ranged. Mark specialises in striking the commercial balance between our Partners and the Retailers. With numbers as his art and Excel spreadsheets as his canvas, he can find the best solution for all parties. His background in Finance, Category Management and Operations ensures that any of our brand partners’ products are considered from all angles and gives them the best possible chances of success.

If there is one thing that Mark is passionate about, it is helping FMCG and CPG brands grow and what excited him is knowing that the next big thing is already here, we just need to cultivate it!
